Refund policy

How do I make a return or exchange?

Items must be returned within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags.
All items returned will be given the choice of store credit or a full refund for the purchase price.

Sale or clearance items are FINAL SALE ONLY

**Please make sure to get a tracking number from your shipping carrier to ensure that we receive your return or exchange. Shipping fees will not be credited unless we made a shipping error.

**International customers.** You are responsible for duties or taxes that may be imposed by your local customs officials. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

**Lost or stolen packages.** We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the mail carrier. However, if you experience a problem, please feel free to contact us.
